	Driving customer acquisition through creative strategy, testing, and optimization.
	I lead the creative strategy behind Public's acquisition efforts, leveraging testing frameworks and performance insights to continuously optimize paid social and digital marketing campaigns. Background
Invisibly is building a future where consent matters and people come first. In taking the current data economy and breaking it down for parts, Invisibly built a system that it’s people-first by design. While traditionally, user data shared online has been traded by third party companies and advertisers without the clear consent — or even awareness — of the user themselves, Invisibly introduces a feed that allows its users to get paid for the data their interactions create. In other words, the Invisibly feed rewards its users with relevant content worth their attention and gives an opportunity to earn from online engagement.&#38;nbsp;Invisibly was founded by Jim Mckelvey, a renowned Silicon Valley innovator and the co-founder of Square.Thru the growth marketing efforts from NoGood, we have achieved 10,000 registered users in 90 days,&#38;nbsp;400% MoM increase in leads, and&#38;nbsp;84% organic website traffic.&#38;nbsp;


	Positioning Invisibly as the brand that people trust to store, manage, and monetize data.

	For many people, Invisibly is a new app so it needed to increase its brand awareness and authority in the data economy.&#38;nbsp; How do we educate the users about this app? How can someone trust us?
At NoGood, we create a cohesive, consistent, and memorable presence across a variety of channels and ensure brand authority among Invisibly’s target audiences. In addition, we deployed rapid experimentations across multiple channels to achieve product/market fit as part of the product launch strategy.&#38;nbsp;

	Engagement, engagement, engagement.

	As we design for social media (particularly Instagram), we focus on heavily on engagement. We posts snippets of our blogs to Instagram, driving more clicks to our website for users to read more in depth.&#38;nbsp;
We also started to post marketing memes, because who doesn’t love memes?

	Testing new social media platforms: TikTok

	When lockdown hit, everyone in our office downloaded TikTok and *attempted* to learn TikTok dances.
Once we realized TikTok is a new marketing platform for many brands, we created our own account and currently we have almost 70k follower.

Background
Since 1911, Fratelli Carli has been producing exceptional Italian food for over a century and most well known for its high-quality olive oil. It is currently the second-largest olive oil producer in Italy.

We were tasked to expand Fratelli Carli’s online store into the US market while maintaining profitable margins. Exceed growth goals across both acquisitions, such as acquiring new audiences with new channels, and retention, such as driving repeated purchases from past customers through the website instead of traditional offline channels.

	Experimenting ways to tell the brand’s story is the key to convert new prospects.

	For new prospects who aren’t familiar with Fratelli Carli, we focused on sharing the brand’s history and story in our campaigns.&#38;nbsp;In order to find a story that would both communicate the brand’s activation offers and connect to high-opportunity audiences, we&#38;nbsp;rapidly experimented with brand messaging and creatives across all channels.

	For many creatives, I’ve went with the “Modern Approach.” This bold, modern design approach is eye-catching and feels in line with what a lot of successful brands are putting out into the U.S. market.
Additionally, hand-drawn elements were often used&#38;nbsp; to allude to the history behind FC while still feeling current and ownable.

	For customers who have purchased from the Fratelli Carli before, it’s important to focus on driving repeated purchases through the email instead of traditional offline channels.&#38;nbsp;I designed personalized retention loops through different email journeys to increase the Life-Time-Value (LTV) of US customers.

Background
Steer is a Tesla Car Subscription startup,  offers drivers an alternative to buying or leasing. A Steer membership includes insurance, maintenance, roadside assistance, and the ability to swap between various models from brands like Tesla, Porsche, Audi, and more.
Using rapid full-funnel experimentation, we helped Steer achieve their six-figure MRR goal 2 months ahead of schedule. Beyond this, we were able to scale up an efficient growth marketing process and maintain a healthy LTV/CAC ratio during various stages of growth.

	Running full-funnel experimentations across brand messaging, creatives variation, and audience targeting.
	Just like owning or leasing a car, a Steer subscription is a capital intensive purchase. In addition, car subscriptions are a new category, so consumers require some education to fully understand the value and benefits.We experimented with different messaging, value props, and creatives, to find the right combination for our users.

	Full Website Redesign to Tackle User Pain Points&#38;nbsp;🎯.
	One of our final projects for Steer was a full site redesign. 
As with any big changes like this, we need to keep an eye out on performance and continue to iterate to increase conversion rate and signups.My RoleAs the sole designer on this project, I was in charge of all design decisions. I was tasked to research the old site, design the new site, and work with developers to make my vision come true.
ResearchIn order to fully understand what was needed, I started off by looking at the website heatmap. With this, I was able to see which CTAs were working and which weren’t.

BackgroundLittle Words Project® creates handcrafted bracelets, each made with a different inspirational word to encourage women to be kind to themselves and others. These bracelets are the original word bracelets.We were tasked to scale Little Words Project’s digital marketing strategy and direct-to-consumer business while the core team focuses on operations, branding, and growing their wholesale business.


	Testing new approaches to find learnings about potential customers and conversion funnel behavior.

	First, we determined marketing channel mix and approach by creating audience profiles based on past customers and their brand affinities.

Background


While I was a Creative Services Student Associate at the Madison Square Garden, my intern group was tasked with finding a solution for a real world problem: how can we enhance our guest entry process to be more efficient? 
My role was to rethink the flow and design of the MSG app, helping people to better navigate the arena.

The Challenge
The MSG app for iPhone and Android was created to enhance users’ experience but there is customer confusion around entrances and wait times. There is also a lack of understanding around entrances that leads to long lines and poor customer experiences. 
With the problem we were given, my group saw the need to redesign the function, look, and feel of the app. The scope of this case study was to identify the pain points experienced by me and provide a suitable design solution based on my research and experience.

Background
Coveteur is a digital publisher known for stunning photography and a discerning point of view. Its goal is to reimagine luxury and take you behind the scenes with those in the know. It celebrates independent expression—in all its varied forms—and help pave the way for what's new and next.
As the Graphic Design Intern, I focused on creating social media graphics that reached on average of 100k daily users on Coveteur’s Instagram account with over 1M followers.&#38;nbsp;

	Exploring new forms of social media: Instagram Stories
	Instagram Stories came out in 2017. As one of the leading social media accounts, Coveteur started to post daily Instagram stories that drive users from their social to website.

	COVETEUR x Bumble: How to Build a Cult Brand
	As the Design Intern, I create a series of visual materials for the Coveteur x Bumble event that was held at Bumble's new Bumble Hive House in SoHo. 
I was tasked to create three things: a Dual branded logo, a logo lock up for photobooth overlay, and an invitation that was sent out to leading global street style stars. 
Working with the Bumble and Coveteur's design guides, I was able to create the following visuals:&#38;nbsp;
